• Vivid Sydney, A Dazzling Fusion of Lights, Colours and Imagination. This event certainly sparks creativity and allowed me to experiment with different techniques, long exposures and creative compositions. Ultimately photographing Vivid Sydney is all about capturing the essence of a dynamic city transformed by the power of light. My intention was to create images that allow viewers to expand their imagination, where buildings and Iconic landmarks come alive, with vibrant hues and dynanic light projections, creating a surreal atmosphere.

 • The Art Deco Ritz cinema in Port Macquarie is a magnificent architectural gem that showcases the elegance and glamour of the Art Deco style. Situated in the heart of Port Macquarie, Australia, it stands as a cherished landmark and an important part of the town's cultural heritage. The lamps hanging outside the Art Deco Ritz cinema, immediately caught my eye, and added to the composition of this photo. They enahnce the cinema's exterior, embodying the elegance and style of the Art Deco period while adding a touch of magic to the surrounding location.

 • 8th August 2013-Capturing this moment in time on a busy summer day shows Bondi Beach at its best. Positioned at the north end, I wanted to capture the iconic Bondi Pavillion. This historic building stands proudly, overlooking the beach, with its distinctive architectural design. Its presence adds a touch of charm and character to the entire scene. The atmosphere of the beach apartments and houses behind the Bondi Pavilion is one of relaxed coastal living so close to the Sydney CBD.

 • Sunset at Dudley Page Reserve, Dover Heights, Sydney. This location is renowned for spectacular views of the Sydney Skyline at sunset. One day I rushed home from a corporate shoot so I could take my border collie out for a walk.
As I was driving back from a well-known dog park with my beautiful border collie, Ollie, I was blown away by this brilliant glowing sunset
that was starting to take shape.
I knew I only had 5 minutes or so before it would be all over.
My cameras and tripod were still in the car from the shoot I had done.

My instinct from my newspaper days from London set in, and I just had to capture this magic moment in time.
Quickly I parked the car, grabbed my camera, tripod, and lens, as well as my border collie, and rushed to the scene.
Time was not on my side, this photo would be a one-off and I had to capture it now. Putting up my tripod delayed me, but I did not want to capture movement due to low light and also wanted to get the best quality
possible for a large canvas print.
Once I finally had attached my camera to the tripod, adjusted it, set the exposure to manual mode, and looked through the viewfinder,
I could not believe it.
