The building occupies the old city mutual building on the corner of Bligh Street and Hunter Street, Sydney. Because this is a heritage listed building certain restrictions were imposed when it was being refurbished by the Interior Designers Bates Smart, The spectacular pillars are clearly a unique feature to  this amazing art deco interior. The refurbishment and fit-out was completed in March 2009.
